Kyambura Wildlife Reserve, located on the eastern border of Queen Elizabeth NP, is endowed with a variety of habitats, including savanna grasslands, deciduous thickets, open acacia woodlands, and wetlands. To the south, the rolling acacia savannas conceal a number of pristine crater lakes, known to be the most important flamingo sites in Uganda. And is known for chimpanzee tracking; one hundred eleven (111) of Uganda’s 241 wetland bird species have been observed in the reserve. The area is known for its pristine and undisturbed qualities.
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park, Mweya sector.
Day 2: Have an early morning game drive and in the afternoon, take the launch trip down the Kazinga Channel.Transfer to Ishasha sector
Day 3: Enjoy the uniqueness of Kyambura Gorge on this day; track the chimps that reside here, while you’re at it, enjoy the nature walk in this little bit of the Amazon.
Day 4: Have another early morning game drive and witness the variety of the Ishasha section of Queen Elizabeth NP that is famous for the tree climbing lions.
Day 5: Transfer to Kampala
